Meet the Facilitator

I am a Certified ADHD Professional and primarily work with adults and adolescents who have ADHD and/or Autism and their associated mental health concerns. Being neurodivergent myself, I have come to learn that by working with your ADHD/Autism symptoms rather than trying to fight against them, your depression and anxiety symptoms often clear up in the process. Together we can figure out what works best for you and your neurodivergent mind.

Your brain isn’t broken.

You just need tools that work with the way it’s wired.
